The Lienchiang District Prosecutors Office is under the direction of Fukien High Prosecutors Office, Kinmen Branch. Main tasks include prosecuted the crimes and execute the criminal judgment and ruling, in order to safeguard the social security, and ensured people’s life, freedom, and property. The total district office staffs included one chief prosecutor, one district prosecutor, two law clerks, two bailiffs, one janitor, and a chauffeur. The personnel, statistic, accounting, and civil service ethics matters were managed concurrently by the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. The law clerk division also in charge of document & file storage and management, the bailiffs division also assigned with general affairs and technology issues, the chief prosecutor of this office also supervised Lienchiang Detention Center and Juvenile Detention House.
